Glaucoma

Edited

There are different types of glaucoma, but the most common are open-angle glaucoma and closed-angle glaucoma.

Inside the eye, a liquid called aqueous humor helps maintain the shape of the eye and provides essential nutrients.
Normally, this fluid drains smoothly through the trabecular meshwork.

  • In open-angle glaucoma, the drainage is impeded, causing fluid buildup and increased pressure inside the eye, which can gradually damage the optic nerve.

  • In closed-angle glaucoma, the drainage suddenly blocks, causing a rapid spike in intraocular pressure—a situation that can quickly become dangerous.

What We've Observed About Healing Support:

We've found that daily fascial decompression, especially around the head, face, and neck, plays an important role in restoring natural fluid movement inside the body—including the eyes.

Specifically, practicing the Upper Reset daily helps to open the fascia around the eyes, improving natural drainage pathways for the aqueous humor.

When inflammation rises and mineralization drops, the fluid within the body—including in the eyes—becomes stagnant.
Reducing inflammation and restoring hydration is essential to helping the body manage intraocular pressure naturally.

Supporting Hydration and Reducing Systemic Stress:

Many people have found significant benefit by increasing mineral intake and reducing systemic inflammation through targeted supplementation.

If available to you, the Foundation Bundle of Supplements is a combination we’ve seen work well. It includes:

  • PowerCurc30 — a powerful, broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory that supports global fascial release

  • Fascial Flow — to enhance the body's electrical system and optimize energy transfer

  • Fascial Foundation — to restore hydration, rebuild connective tissues, and balance the gut and immune system

Movement Practices for Glaucoma Support:

In addition to internal hydration, we've seen that releasing facial and cranial tension through specific maneuvers accelerates healing.

We suggest:

  • Upper Body Reset Routine — daily practice to decompress the cranial and facial fascia and lower systemic stress

  • Head and Face Masterclass — focused work to release tension around the eyes, jaw, temples, and facial planes (includes tongue release for deeper unwinding)

The combination of decompressing the fascia, restoring mineral flow, and gently moving the tissue can shift the body's ability to regulate pressure naturally.

Glaucoma symptoms are often the body's way of signaling that fluid flow, pressure regulation, and fascia mobility need attention—not that the body is broken.

Given the right conditions, your body already knows how to restore balance.
