Carpal Tunnel

Edited

We believe that Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is most often caused by dehydration of the fascial tissue—specifically the layers that the tendons move through.

When fascia dehydrates, it contracts and compresses, creating restriction, inflammation, and nerve impingement through the wrist, hand, and forearm areas.

You can learn more about the importance of hydration and fascia here:

What We've Observed Helps:

1. Hydration and Inflammation Support

In our experience, many people find profound relief using:

  • PowerCurc30 — to globally reduce fascial inflammation

  • Fascial Foundation — silica-based support to rehydrate and rebuild connective tissue

  • Fascial Flow — Irish Sea Moss to restore mineral balance and internal electrical flow

You can find these foundational supports in our shop if you’d like to explore further.

2. Daily Fascial Movement for the Upper Body

The key is consistent decompression and hydration through movement.

We suggest starting with:

  • Upper Body Reset Routine
(This is a full series of movements taking about 30–35 minutes once you get comfortable. It targets systemic stress, decompression of the neck, shoulders, arms, and improves circulation into the hands and wrists.)

And specifically for the arms:

The body was designed to move freely.
When we rehydrate the fascia, restore mineral flow, and decompress daily, healing is not just possible—it’s natural.
